Subscriptions

Payment Registration Pro > Management

The subscriptions screen displays detail information about the user and their subscription status.

To access the Subscriptions screen, navigate to the Registration module, hover over Payments on the Registration Admin Menu then select the Subscriptions option as depicted in the following screenshot:

After selecting Subscriptions the following View Subscriptions screen will be displayed:

The View Subscriptions screen displays a grid view listing of your Subscriptions for quick viewing and by default is sorted by descending order of Date Created.

Search Subscriptions

The Search Subscriptions section can be found at the top of the View Subscriptions screen.

By default, the View Subscriptions screen shows you all of your Subscriptions and is sorted showing the newest Subscriptions first. The Search Subscriptions section allows you to search and/or filter Subscriptions in the following ways:

  • Keyword Search
  • Sorting the Grid

Search Subscriptions by Keyword

The Keyword Search allows searching for Subscriptions based on the Subscriptions ID, Name (first or last) and Product Name.

Simply enter the identifying information in the Search textbox and click the Search button and the Subscription grid will filter on the criteria you entered.

To remove the filter and show all orders click the Clear button.

Sorting the Subscriptions Grid

You can sort the Subscriptions listing grid by any of the fields listed in the header column by clicking the Header name – Subscription ID, Date Created, First Name, Last Name, Product Name, Account Number, Start Date, End Date, and Cancel Date.

If you click the column heading in the grid it will sort on the field heading clicked in ascending order, if you click the column heading again the grid will sort in descending order on the field heading clicked.

View Subscription Payment History

The Registration module provides the ability for the admin to view the payment history of a members' subscription.

Note: Viewing the Payment History for Payment occurrences after the first payment is currently only available for the Authorize.net and Eway Payment Gateways.  

To view the payment history of member's Subscription, click the Subscription ID located in the Subscriptions grid as depicted in the following screenshot:

After a Subscription ID is selected a Payment History section will be displayed below the Subscription grid listing all Payments for the selected Subscription.

Change Subscription

The Registration module provides the ability for the admin to change any members subscription. To change a member's Subscription, take the following steps:

  1. Go to the View Subscriptions screen

    The first step to change a member's Subscription is navigating the View Subscriptions screen from the Registration Admin Menu.


  2. Click the Edit Button

    From the View Subscriptions screen click the Edit Subscription button next to the Subscription you wish to change.

    After the Edit Subscription button has been clicked, the following Change Membership popup will be displayed:


  3. Change Membership

    The Change Membership popup displays the Current Membership the customer is subscribed to and a Change Membership To dropdown that allows the selection of a membership or subscription the customer can be changed to.

    On the Change Membership select the Membership or Subscription you would the Customer changed to from the Change Membership To dropdown.

    After selecting a new Membership or Subscription, click the Change Membership button to save the change.


  4. Change Membership Complete

    When the admin changes a member's subscription, the change is registered in the system, but will not be activated until the original subscription period expires.

    This completes the steps to change a Membership.

Cancel Subscription

The View Subscriptions screen provides the ability for the admin to Cancel a Member's Subscription. To cancel a member's Subscription, take the following steps:

  1. Go to the View Subscriptions screen

    The first step to cancel a member's Subscription is navigating the View Subscriptions screen from the Registration Admin Menu.


  2. Click the Cancel Button

    From the View Subscriptions screen click the Cancel button next to the Subscription you wish to cancel.

    After the Cancel button has been clicked, a popup message – “Are you sure you want to cancel?" will be displayed:

    Click OK to cancel the Subscription or Cancel to abort the Subscription cancellation.


  3. Cancel Subscription Complete

    When the admin cancels a member's subscription, the Cancel Date is saved and displayed in the View Subscriptions grid.

    Note: On Cancel – The Registration module will expire the DNN role for the specific membership that was cancelled.
