Directory Admin Menu

The Business Directory Admin Menu is used to manage and moderate directory listings. To access the admin menu you must be logged in with the DNN “Host” or “Admin” accounts or a DNN login that is the member of the “SDManager” role.

The Business Directory Admin Menu can be accessed from Directory Signup module.

From the Directory Admin Menu the following sections can be managed:

Manage Listings - The Manage Listings screen is used to manage directory listings. From the Manage Listings screen you can Edit, Update and Delete Listings. For more information about the Manage Listings screen please see the Manage Listings KB article.

Categories - The Categories Management screen is used to manage Categories in the Directory. From the Categories Management screen you can Edit, Update and Delete Categories. For more information about the Categories Management screen please see the Categories KB article.

Custom Fields - The Custom Fields Management screen includes a full form generator which allows you to create and manage an unlimited number of custom fields on your Signup Form and Directory Listings. For more information about the Custom Fields screen please see the Custom Fields KB article.

Moderate - The Moderate screen includes the ability to moderate listings before they are approved and displayed on the site. For more information about the Moderate screen please see the Moderate Listings KB article.

Setup - The Setup screen allows configuration options that apply module wide in your directory. For more information about the Setup screen please see the Directory Settings KB article.

License - The License screen allows entry of the License Key to unlock the full version of the module. For more information about the License screen please see the How to License Your New Smith Module KB article.
